Update.

I've been bad and haven't update and neglected my poor blog.


Austin is now 20 months old, so close to two.
And Peyton is coming up to being 2 months old.

She is nursing strong. and Austin is still interested also, so I'm tandem nursing them both. Tandem nursing is not easy just to let everyone know. 


My husband went away for field training and is back now. He was gone for almost 4 weeks and I didn't hear from him at all until the last two days he was gone. We're coming up on his deployment, and it's hard.

And we traveled to San Diego on Saturday to witness Mary and Gil's wedding. Mary and Gil are some friends from Twetynine. In attendance were also some of the other members of the Twentynine Palms Naval Family. It was a great wedding and reception. Austin had a blast running around, Todd was happy to see some of his old friends, I was glad to be there, and everyone loved meeting Peyton and seeing how much Austin has grown.

And thank god for portable DVD players.

 Otherwise, that 3 1/2 hour trip there would have been terrible. And it was a 5 hour drive back because of a route my husband took.
