Update for 70 days.

The 70th day.
Almost another week finished. 

Our chain link as of today, 70 links total.

We made "flubber/putty" just the other day. Which has an interesting texture AWS learned.

We also learned it bounces verses playdough which just kind of thunks.

How we did it? It's pretty easy and it was our trial run.

Use glue and liquid starch. By glue, I mean regular school glue.

You'll add the two, if it's too watery add more glue. And if it's too sticky, add more glue.

For the amount we had we used almost a whole 4 FL OZ bottle of RoseArt Washable School Glue.

 Aunt "Kah" made grilled cheese for lunch today, and Mommy cut it into a fish.

 Delicious! 

Ever since the news of the deaths in Afghanistan. I've had some issues. It's hard not to worry about my husband, even if he wasn't directly involved. I'm worried about a possible domino effect. My heart aches thinking of the losses and their families. It makes me sick to my stomach thinking about it. I wish I could just have him home here, where I can see him... and knows he's safe. I want to be able to comfort him, and hold his hand, and just have peace of mind. 

My sister has been out here since Thursday. She's helped out quite a bit. Peyton adores her. We celebrated AWS's hoppin birthday bash this previous weekend. We had a blast! Now that it's over I can focus on the future projects. Our kitten has been missing for more than a couple days now. I'm so upset by that. I hope she finds her way home.
